UltraGlossyNails policy: • $20 non refundable deposit required to book. You do not have an appointment until it is paid. If you cancel you will not get your deposit back, but if I cancel on you I will gladly refund your deposit. • 15 minute late policy! If you are more than 15 minutes late and I still have time for your appointment then there will be a $15 charge added to your total. If I do not have time you will have to reschedule and you will be charged $15 at your next appointment. • To avoid late fee/reschedule fee please let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment that you won’t be able to make it and we’ll choose a better day for you. I only ask for 48 hours so I can have time to potentially book someone else. • If I am more than 10 minutes late to our appointment I will gladly offer you a discount or a refund on your deposit. • NO EXTRA GUESTS unless they have an appointment booked with me also. • Please please please send me your nail inspo before your appointment (preferably when you book) so I can book you accordingly. If I do not have time to do a certain design you request while you’re already in my chair then that’s not my fault, sorry love. • If your nails are in bad condition, please send me a photo before your appointment. If you come to your appointment and I’m not able to service you, you’ll be turned away and will not get your deposit back. • If a nail breaks or messes up somehow within 1 week of getting serviced then I will fix it for free. If it is beyond that time frame then it’ll be $5+/nail.
